Stared At Love and Missed It? (Isaiah 6:9)

My friend, you know it's true. Was it your father? Was it your mother? Is it your son? Is it your spouse? Now that it's gone, you know... when it's gone, you'll know... What 'love' truth are you seeing and missing today?
Please dare to consider these 2 brief truths:

1. When God told Isaiah to prophesy, the very first thing he said would happen is that the people would 'see but not perceive, hear but not understand.' (Isaiah 6:9)
2. When Jesus showed his power (over and over again), many looked on - saw the miracles - but missed the man. They turned away, even plotted his death. (John 11)

Now if you're still here, I dare you to consider these 2 brief questions:

1. Have you 'seen' Jesus, but not perceived him? If this is you, I implore you to look again. He will transfigure before your eyes if you 'seek' him. (Jer 29:13; Mt 17:3)
2. Have you actually seen and felt the power of Jesus in your life, but maybe forgotten that revelation? Think back. Did God whisper his own name to your heart? Do you know Christ is true, but do not follow him? Turn back, my friend! This is no minor issue! (Romans 1:20)
